Ask Logan Coath anything about Spanish food and drink, and he’ll regale you with detailed anecdotes about his product. He’ll tell you how a certain breed of pig looks, where they migrated from, and what they eat; or how different barreling techniques and landscapes affect the taste of a particular type of sherry. This guy really knows his shit. To be honest, before meeting Logan I thought of sherry as something that gathers dust in your Nana's liquor cabinet. But after spending an afternoon with him I was intrigued, and walked away feeling more educated. Cause that’s the kind of guy he is.
